Yes, this place exists to this day. This is the Berliner Tor (Brama Portowa) in Stettin/Szczecin in Poland. It remembers the purchase of Pomerania by the King of Prussia in 1771. If possible, please correct your video or add a note explaining the error in stating that it is in Berlin. Thank you for the wonderful video.

Diese Prachtgebäude und Plätze , Straßen-Alleen, Traumhaft schön.

Leider gabs in der damaligen Zeit viele soziale Ungerechtigkeiten.

schoene staedte berlin und potsdam um de jahrhudert wende traurig das vor allem berlin praktisch 1945 fast dem erdboden gleichgemacht wurde.danke an die saurussen damals aber auch die westlichen alliierten

Most of those buildings are still there today. Including the parks, not sure about the fountains though, can't remember.
