WTTG was the shit because it had Inspector Gadget, Thundercats, Defenders Of the Earth and some other syndis I can't name. Then the 1990's it really became the shit with Fox Kids holding such shows such as Power Rangers and Batman: The animated series. It also had Tiny Toons and Animaniacs.

I remember when WTTG and WDCA back in the 80's and 90's use to show cartoons when I use to live in the DC area

Actually for kids cartoons in Washington DC, the kids choice was WDCA Channel 20. Channel 5 did have some decent stuff though.
