EHX Ring Thing Expression Mod

I had this ring thing sent to me, so I did my thing and this is what came out of it.

I added a small expression wheel as well as an on/off switch for the wheel for added versatility. Both are easily used by the foot.

I can offer this mod for $30 + shipping to southern california.

I just don't see the pont of that mods, You can get the same with a exp pedal. I'm not knocking what you did, its just the concept of having a small knob on the side of a pedal. Playing live alot (which I do) moving around and what not makes that seem pointless.

@christatosian that's kind of my problem at the mo - got a ring thing, using a boss gargantuan fv-500L as an expression pedal and it blows the whammy out of the water; but I love my whammy! the looks, the treadle, the feel, the glitchy tracking. the only thing that's really shit is the tone and the bypass (which can be modded, sad about the tone though).

If I could rehouse the ring thing in the whammy we'd have a clear cut winner!
