Can you help me by giving some guidelines. How accounting is involved in banking jobs? What types of jobs do an accountant may have in bank? For a bank type job what further studies are needed?

@7ifrah Accounting is valuable in all businesses, including banking. I suggest you go to dol.gov and search for the "Occupational Outlook" handbook. You will be able to search for career info about any job that interests you. Word of warning - banking is under pressure because of the Great Recession and starting a career in the field might be a little risky.

Accounting is the foundation for decision making, whether a profit-oriented business, a non-profit, a governmental agency, or a bank. A degree in Accounting is a great way to get a job in finance. I'd suggest that you just type "how do I start a career in banking" in your search bar, and begin to read. You could also search YouTube for "Careers in Banking."
