Prank call to Uno Chicago Grill!

Just a little update, followed by a "prank" call to Uno Chicago Grill by an unsatisfied customer(My friend Ethan.) I've only been there once or twice, and I'm not a huge fan. That's just my opinion of the restaurant, though... Anyway!
