This was my first video and as you can tell, it needs a little bit of work. The camera is an iPhone 4 and my fingers kept getting in the way of the lens. Soon after the engine starts up, you can hear my finger cover the microphone for a brief moment. I am still getting used to filming with an iPhone, but this video was somewhat of a test video anyway. In the beginning you can hear someone say that when they power it up to 80 inches, it gets really loud! I wish I could have filmed that but my hands were busy covering my hears. This was really cool to see and not many people get to experience this, so I am glad to be able to share with you. The engine in this video is from the "Voodoo", a P-51 Mustang that will be in the Reno Air Races 2010. The Voodoo is owned by Bob Button and is based in Northern California. The truck in this video was acquired from Fairbanks, Alaska, and was built during WWII, specifically to be used as a test stand for this type of engine. I don't know exactly what kind of engine this is, but it is really cool. Cheer for the Voodoo race team in reno, they deserve it because of all their hard work. I hope you enjoy it!
