man, i was with some neighbors that lit off an 8 inch mortar in the middle of the street.they filled like a big trash can half way up with sand, and put some pipes in there. it was gooooooooooooooood. the we did a bigass firecracker belt (100,000). i have a video of that. this is in chicago btw.

You guys should see the fireworks at a town called Cicero, Berwyn, and Stickney! Theres a fireworks show from 8pm till 10:30pm in the Hawthorne Race Track in Cicero, Illinois... just 1 block away from chicago west side chicago.. 10-15 minutes away from downtown.
