@vaskio Well that is clearly BS. The line is "DT and coffee" Standing for Delirium Tremens. Latin for "shaking frenzy", also referred to as The DTs, or "the shakes." It is an acute episode of delirium that is usually caused by withdrawal from alcohol. Hence, "DT and coffee, shaking all the way".

I love this song, this is an amazing performance :D ... I've learned to play and sing it (however I'm not a very good singer :( ) ... and is it me, or does Graham get a couple of chords in the chorus? Im not picking on him, just saying because I get those chords mixed up a lot.

Aw, I actually think the shaky vocals really add something to the performance. The lyrics are so earnest, if he had a smooth, polished voice it wouldn't work. This makes him sound kind of vulnerable, with I think is a lovely fit for the song.

I actually met him once and popped the question, he said it was GT, as in gin tonic, which we all know "helps start the day". AHAH
