Using a tripod provides the most stability, but for those times when it's not possible, a Benro Monopod is a great way to provide support and flexibility.

  • @piperbob2 because a tripod is:

    -too heavy,

    -illegal in some places

    -to cumbersome

  • Why go the expense of buying a monopod? Just close your tripod legs, shortening two of them by about an inch, and, hey presto - you've got a free monopod !!

  • haha :44 DAMN!

  • Nice design and beautiful styling.

  • @hexam1ner Yes, you have a point, of course. But if one had a lightweight tripod ..... it would make sense !

  • @piperbob2 only that free-monopod would weigh thrice and will be a pain to carry. i have a 190XPROB and have tried using that as a monopod, but believe me, u dont gain anything out of it. monopod is very comfortable and light to carry.

  • He looks like Bruce Willis

  • I've been looking for a monopod with a single height adjustment like the Manfrotto 685B but I can't find any alternatives. This seems like a great feature to me!

  • I WANT TO HAZ!
