HELP when i try to start the 12.3 it always says that it has failed to start because d3dx9_33.dll was not found

@soulthehedgefox Go to dll-files(dot)com, look for d3dx9_33.dll, download and extract it to the game's folder. For some reason, this file tends to go missing when people download the game. Even me and my friends have had this issue, and I've even double-checked to make sure it's in there. It's not just this game either. I've had the same issue with the other Touhous and doujin games.

@zZzAkaEterzZz these are all the characters, you can't unlock any more or any less. Yes, you will be able to use multiplayer, I do it all the time and I used this vid for ref. to figure out how to play and stuff since I generally suck at fighting games.

i have a problem actually. when i play with SWR characters, i get white boxes. All the attacks appear as white attacks and their sprites become white boxes. every so often i can see the sprite, it still bothers me. help?
