I don't consider this Elimination Communication, but each morning when we first get up I put her on the toilet and she almost always poops and then throughout the day, usually after waking from a nap or if her diaper is dry when I go to change it, we will try quick and she'll go then, too. If you cloth diaper, it's a great way to save some diapers and messy cleanup! Will it lead to early potty training? Who knows, but I love not having to change poppy diapers!
If you notice your child tends to poop in the morning after waking each day, TRY this! You'll be amazed :)
Amazing!

aww the pee pee shiver! my daughter still does that and she only wears a diaper at night- we EC'd from 4 months on.
Elimination Communication is simply listening to your baby's different ways of communicating. Whether it be rooting for hunger, reaching out to be held, rubbing his eyes for sleepy, or pooping at the same time every day!

This is so so wonderful! I've just started looking into EC for my second daughter who is five months, and it seems a little complicated, but your info on this video makes early potty training seem so easy. I am cloth diapering, too and although they are super cute and fun to do, I can't wait untill we don't have to wash diapers every other day. Thanks for this vid, and she is absolutely adorable!
