Why do you teach students to make such classic drinks incorrectly? That is NOT a Pink Lady. Furthermore, your bartending videos seem very much oriented towards the club-scene bartender, who would never get asked to make a drink like this. You don't measure accurately, and you don't know how to shake a drink properly. Sorry- it's sad but true.
