Hi this is Mikey Bustos and this video is of a serious nature. Manila, Philippines is in a state of calamity. It has been hit by several days of endless rain which has lead to severe flooding throughout the city.

As of August 8th, 2012 at least 50% of Metro Manila is flooded, and the lives of the people here in Manila have been in severe danger. People have been rapidly losing homes, vehicles, food, electricity, clean water, and their very lives.

    Oh boo hoo. Pinoys are part of the problem too. They literally treat their own country like a big trash can. Is that the government's fault??

    Instead of throwing their trash in the trash cans, they throw it on the roads. What happens? Rain comes and floods occur because the sewers get clogged up by the trash

    True. As I've said before, it is NOT the government's job to babysit these people and teach them the basic dangers of littering on the streets. That is something that even a 5-year old can learn on his own. It's just basic common decency.
