  • The coping saw should work fine for that application. Most bookshelves would be made with one inch or thinner material and the coping saw should be able to cut out the back of the legs without any issues. good luck!

  • Great video! I am looking to cut into the back of a few bookshelves to make them sit flush against a wall with molding and baseboards. Would this tool be better suited for this job or should i use my router? thanks!
