Hmmm I've just seen the way you shuffle and the way you deal, it is good but they are procedures that I could easily copy in a false shuffle or false deal.

Yeah. And you'd basically would have to put your head on the table horizontally to see what the cards are. Probably then you still wouldn't even get a good look at them.

I wish I could sit on this guy's right side while he's dealing! Every burn card is lifted at the lower right hand corner (from dealer perspective) and exposed to the player on the dealer's right. Might want to mention game protection or invest in a book by Steve Forte called Poker Protection. Teach it right or dont teach at all.

None of the cards were exposed, as evidenced by the fact that you did not name any of the exposed cards. The view of this video is from the right (far) side - the view from the right (near) side would be further obstructed by the by the dealer's right hand. Make valid criticisms or don't criticise at all.
