This Mikado is live steam, so you are hearing real steam sounds. If you get an electric one you need to get a sound system. Lots of fun, fill it up with butane/water and light it, once pressure is up, off you go, with the remote control.

It's a fun locomotive to run. My RR is all frozen up right now though-I"m in Nebraska. Jerry

Thanks, Seems that it looks faster than I recall it going just standing there watching it, although maybe ti is that fast and that's the reason I'm tired after running it for awhile and following it around the layout.
