Years-
Years was one of the first songs I ever wrote, inspired by my folks
and their beautiful love for each other. Sometime in the mid-70s I
won a college song writing contest because of it and got quite
excited thinking that it bode well for a career as a recording
artist. It was slow coming though, took me another 12 years to put
out my first album. I'm a late bloomer I guess, but that just makes
it all so much sweeter now. Speaking of things which are sweet, my
girlfriend, Patricia, shot this video on a chilly Seattle summer day
last weekend. You can tell when I smile that she's behind the lens.

That's one of my favorites! I haven't been to a Michael Tomlinson concert in a long while. I connect onto You Tube to listen to new artists and my favorites today I happened to look him up today and saw this! Thanks for posting this!

Great great song!! Michael, I love you man! I have been a fan for over fifteen years, since I first heard "Safe At Home" on my car radio one afternoon driving home from work.
Had to go out and buy the CASSETTE.
