This shows the progress of eating Paleo foods, and doing Crossfit 3x per week. The last day of the challenge was also my wedding, and I took off for my honeymoon the following day where I drank many beers and ate fried rice/noodles everyday :-) ... I wasn't able to record my final BMI. I lost 8 lbs, but I know I also put on some muscle during those 5 weeks!!

@bvim75 ~ I'm really bad at tracking amounts of things like 'how many carbs' 'how much protein' .. Most of my meals were a small amount of meat with a large portion of veggies. I'd snack on almond butter, fruit, nuts... get a squirt of agave nectar in my tea.. but I'd say a majority of my carbs came from the veggies I was eating. I'm not a nutritionist or anything.. my coach told me foods that were ok, and foods that weren't and I went to town on that! LOL ...
