@photoglyph Yeah, I think you're right. I noticed right after I wrote. But they probably have some kind of effect on her song.. maybe a doubler, or just a sampler that gets pushed in by someone. Flaming Lips does the same thing when they play live because of their many add ons.

@ssstoffe I think that's actually a Mackie mixer -they all seem to have them...

@photoglyph she pushes the sampler when she wants the multi-tracking. You can see that she's having her hand on it the whole time. Just like most artist singing live.

@Snollam ...Wicked effect, I am in an acoustic duo with a female singer and really see the value of that piece of kit. Don't know about doing this song (my singer quite likes it too...) as I think it would sound too hollow with just an acoustic guitar.
This is a great song, loads of talent, mix of great instruments... perfect.
