Great idea putting the hinges on the rear of the unit. This allows it to rotate AWAY from the front trim.I was wondering how to do mine. Thanks

thank you for the reply, I have taken a screen shot of the questions so I don't lose them. I haven't had time to check the loft/attic above yet mainly because of all the junk =) but all in all very good/useful tips, Thanks, also when it's all done I will post a reply video showing my progress.
