Raiden has limitations, he is not weak, even in his mortal form he is still considerably strong. Plus, correct me if im wrong, but this fight took place in Outworld where he loses even more of his power and still held up a better fight against them then anyone else did. What would be the point of having a god character if he could just zap everyone dead?

@Brollyssweetface As a God he wouldn't have to kill anyone, he could simply use enough force to incapacitate them. Maybe melt off the arms and legs. Or burn out the eyes, ears, and tongue. After all, he's a God and the protector of Earthrealm. But if it's a fight to the death, then kill them any way you can.After all, this wasn't a tournament. It was war. Winner takes all. Did Chi and Tsung hold back in their effort to try to kill him? So I say go all out and do what you can, Thunder God.

raiden is a bitch. he's so fucking weak. Although he's supposed to be a thunder god he only beat shao kahn with the aid of the elder gods otherwise he'd have had his ass kicked real good. Quan chi is much more powerful than he is and so is shinnock.

@mralanv I agree for the most part. One on one Raiden destroys Shang Tsung, but Quan Chi would put up a fight. Shinnok would have the best chance of defeating him. Bear in mind though that this is two on one, and even though it's only Tsung---his weakest one on one opponent---that's still more than enough to give the edge to the duo.

PS - I still think Deception is the best MK game.

@itchittyitch But that's what I mean. People hear the word god and think he should be this invisible unstoppable force but again, what be the point of having god characters when they can just call on god to take care of everything effortlessly? (Just my opinion anyways.) Plus he can't use all of his powers especially in Outworld.
