This is the last of the Revelation series 'Jean Michel Jarre in Haven', creating a montage of the Age of Haven from 'Myst IV: Revelation'. This was one I was most concerned about because I was a little uncertain that the music fit with the Age, but recording Haven, playing the music over it, it did feel right for it, and so I went about editing it. A couple of things you should know about the recordings; I had learnt additional information and solved puzzles during this recording, so a bit of what you see in the game was completely new to me, making it a lot more awesome! Spire was the same, in Spire I learnt how to get into the pod a go to the second place and power the rest of the circuit, not to mention the awesome memory of Sirrus getting upset. In haven, I learnt how to cross into the ship at the beginning and how to unlock and open the bridge. And secondly, also in Tomahna, I started a new game in order to get the daytime scenes and to fill the whole story to get to night-time Tomahna. I used the same new game to get the flying in Achenar's tent bit at the beginning as well.

Hey! I think the music *does* fit well! It is true that it is not the kind you often get for jungle-type settings, and yet it works fine... Your editing folowed the rhythm and the highlights well, I think.
Do you know the faint voice you hear in the end speaks in French? Something about a "technical ballet that leaves nothing to hasard" :)

"Myst IV: Revelation" The best in the Myst series because of the graphics and the live actors, and beginners can easily play the game without needing the first three to get the story. I plan on making a full Myst library of Jarre's music, but firstly, I still need Oxygène: Live in Your Living Room, and there is no Riven game (Myst 2) that has live movement like here. =<
