  • @nightcrawler511 I have OCD myself, and I just bought a bottle of Inositol today (500mg capsules). I hope it works for my anxiety.. I've done my fair share of research on it and all I can find is positive feedback about inositol, so I think it should help our situation.

  • i have OCD, this is good for me i was told?

  • Does it also cure world hunger? It seems to do everything else

  • This is so inspiring. aww! ? Thank you for sharing this.

  • Good video!

  • I bought some extra air freshner for my restroom when i take a dump...its really that bad

  • I am responding to pamelot2000 posted a month ago. She asked about liver function and I wanted to say that choline is a very nutrient to help the liver. I was diagnosed with fatty liver 6 years ago. Last year after taking 1500mg of choline with inositol for six months I was able to reverse the condition and avoid a liver biosopy Look on the linus pauling web site in Oregon and you will find info there.

    Good Luck!

  • are the peels any good?

  • I have been taking inositol for a few weeks for anxiety - 1/4 tsp morning and evening. Not sure if it has helped but I am doing a lot better. Also, I am wondering if it has helped my liver function which has been elevated for over a year and is now normal. I would like to know more about this powder that my doctor recommended for the anxiety when I was looking for a natural remedy.

  • So...its not related to sugar then like Mannitol??
