The first cop on the phone was Sgt. Frausto, and then Police Chief Jeff Gilbert got on the phone. He is dead wrong about the Arizona statutes concerning defacing public property. The statute does not say that chalking is a crime! Chalk washes off with water Jeff Gilbert! You are a crooked cop who has repeatedly arrested people in Quartzsite falsely!

“We the People” must live, play, make our own decisions, etc. in real “Freedom”; and put the proverbial handcuffs on government employees (the Elected, the Appointed, the Hired) for their mafia syndicate style activities; for their law and order arm-twisting extortion payola tax and fines scams; for stalking us, spying on us, stealing from us, etc., etc., etc. AND for extending their arm to murder us if we don’t conform and participate in their money generating breeding ground.

I have heard Jeff Gilbert open his mouth many times on the net. I would bet the farm it was him you were talking to as the second officer. The chicken wouldn't identify himself because he knows his answer to your question was not a good one. Following Quartzite is a new hobby for me.

When the Police officer stated "making threatening statements along the way" is a crime. Whoever was talking should read this about the man who threatened Obama on a Blog....It was a win for free speech.
