Also, at Uni my friend and I developed a boardgame involving warfare linked to the economies..The target was to destroy the opponant's economic base. we also used to play "Diplomacy". My grandfather was, I think, John Featherstone who was adoctor in Melbourne Australia inthe late 19th early 20th C.

Its strange. This is the first time I have heard of D F. My name is Donald Gordon Featherstone, I am ascientist and my hobby is military history. I did 13 years in the reserve mostly in the armoured corps. Strange eh?
