HONDA CT70 RESTORATION TRAIL 70 DAX MINITRAIL

I took my 1978 and restored/ modified it to look like a '71. Complete dismantle, media blasted frame, epoxy primed, and finished in Dupont Hot Hues catalyzed urethene. Color: "Neptunes Jewel". Every fastener was replaced or restored. Original chrome parts were buffed and polished including the handlebar mount. Installed a new 110 cc engine with 12 volt system, all new lights, switches,controls,brakes,shocks,bearings,chain drive components, levers, cables, etc.
I want to thank Barry for polishing my parts and Tom for letting me use his spray booth. You can see both of their cars on my homepage.

some of the bolts have 8s on them they are worth some money keep them

Nice bike... but I would have gone with an authentic exhaust from a '71 version. All chromed out. Also include the grab bar under the seat. Just another small piece of chrome to shine. Waiting on my ST70 to be delivered.

im all for original but it wouldve been clever if you painted it rithmans or repsol colors and if they had slicks that small

I have a '73 ST90 with a 6v system that I would love to convert to 12v. I can't find anything to help with the conversion. Any pointers would help.
