PV Solar Tracker Location Time Laps shadow study

The green box in the upper left hand corner of the video is the proposed location for the installation of a WattSun solar array tracker.

Today was forecasted to be a hot day but with low humidity. This being the case it was a good day to record the tree shadows, not needing to bother with cloud shadows for my tracker location study.

Looking at my dad's BIG clock in the lower left, seems I will have full sun from 8:50 am to 5:20 pm on this date, lots less in the winter when the sun is lower.

I hope to remember to do another time laps on the summer solstice.

Any one with WattSun trackers experience or any other trackers, I would love to hear your 2 cents on any related subject........
