Brand: Kracie
(2) It is edible. 79 calories. No artificial colours. No preservatives. I ate it after filming. Gyoza candy tasted sweet. (Soda flavored soft candy.) I drank the soup. (Soy sauce flavor.) The soup tasted like real one. Noodle candy has light flavor. It was not so bad.
(3) 0:48 You can use room temperature water.
(4) 2:08 I was using Konapun oval plate.

As long as I am concerned, I don't know of any similar product. However, I have bought many of "Kracie" candy kits (which is the brand that does these kits) and the instructions are really clear by looking at the pictures. And in case you still don't know what to do, you can always look on rrcherrypie's videos, which i have done too. Don't worry about messing it up, sometimes I can be very distracted when talking about instructions, but I found these candy kits easy to make.Hope that helps!
