My mom took this video of me during a game I played during a time out at a basketball game. Since it was at the basketball court, the lighting was very ample, but my video seems inferior to other samples I've seen with the Aiptek Action GVS model.

Does this seem unique to my camera? Am I using it improperly, (I believe the settings were default) or should it be this grainy?

  • wannabe1491--nice video! Sometimes the quality is reduced when the video is transferred onto YouTube. Does it look this grainy when you view it on your personal computer?

  • I know exactly what you mean.

I have the same meaning about my videos.

If you hold the camera still the effect isn't as bad as now and in 1080p it looks also way better imo.

  • Is this the model that allows you to record 720p at 60fps? If you can choose between 1080p/30fps and 720p/60fps, use 720p/60fps on pretty much all moving shots (like basketball), and the 1080p mode for still shooting, like scenery or something.
