  • Studies about Chinese Kinship and Religion are always focused on the rigidity of its form, as if they could be classified into another western categories of interpretation. Giving birth in a temple, as many scholars might predict to be problematic, was in fact the first idea that came up in those people's minds. I was shocked at that time about their decision, but was told that the temple were considered safe both physically and spiritually. The different ideology of God appears in this video.

  • The worst thing to even think about is the poor father who has only one picture left and shortly after, he had to return to his exhausting job in Tibet, where disturbance constantly happened. Professor Toulson showed it in our class and I was seriously praying that the video didn't have any unbearable scenes. I went for volunteer exactly 5 days after the main earhthquake and at that time children's bodies were laid down on the playground one next to each another. It just totally broke my heart.

  • yess! second 1 to rate! lets pray for the souls of the people who died:( LEts respect them with a one hour of silence
