Agent Caught Discussing Population-Reduction Agenda-i

Just this morning a perpetrator (who appeared Russian with a large, athletic build) fraudulently wearing a janitorial uniform at the library of my alma mater made the point to attempt to glare me down as he walked past and disappeared into the service elevator.

The janitorial staff's supervisor confirmed that the perpetrator is not a member of the janitorial staff. A report was filed on campus where I have been uploading what I can since being under escalated threat.

Unfortunately, I have been particularly under the weather due largely to the escalated Directed Energy Weapons' attacks combined with the gas leaking in to my current residence through the radiator that management has not yet stopped.

I have had the opportunity to pick only one photo to correspond with each of these parts, and would appreciate transcription of any part that someone is able to determine. The continuous recording is uploaded here in 6 parts but the perpetrator was patrolling back & forth under my bedroom window, speaking with someone by mobile phone and my Voice to Text software is picking up on some perpetrators' simultaneous text-messages instead of voices.

Hi, I'm sorry about the difficulty hearing the audio. The person speaking was not in the room where I was. Someone suggested that I try a free program called Audacity that may help to clear away the background noise/static but I haven't gotten the hang of it yet.
