Botch #3 - No-Sell RKO

I heard that Y2J (Chris Jericho) was supposed to look up at the Titantron to see when Orton was coming with the 1st RKO. Obviously, they failed the first spot, tried it again and executed it correctly this time. Orton still kinda messed up on his exit from the ring, though.
