AVOID SAKURA HOUSE AT ALL COSTS!!! I moved to this apartment (Kami-Itabashi B #201), and as you can see, unbeknownst to me the Japanese guy living on the first floor is running a construction business out of his God d&mn living room! Of course, Sakura House failed to mention this small detail before before I signed the lease (even though I asked them about the equipment strewn about, they feigned no knowledge of anything amiss. Yeah right!). So my mornings start out with the c&nt downstairs yacking on the phone around 6-ish, then the main event: the trucks loading and unloading equipment for thirty or so minutes. Then they leave and in ten more minutes it's my REAL wake-up time. Then the fun starts again when they all return at about 5:30-6:30pm and do it all over in reverse. Monday-Saturday, no exceptions. And whatever you've heard about Japanese people being quiet, that's complete bulls$%t. These f&%kers are talking every night louder than if they were at a baseball game. I'd love to move immediately, but unfortunately it costs a LOT of money to do in Japan.
