Pretty much all the "cops" in this movie were in Seagal's "Above The Law".

@thebakerman1 Ron Dean and Joseph Kosala.
-
The second part of this showed the jackasses still in the bar an hour later, the guys having called for a pick-up but nobody at the precinct believing them

so which of the two of you are the brains of the operations funny shit lol, dennis farina so funny dropping lines piece of shit, and the f-bomb, only him and few can use profanity so articulate the way it rolls off the tongue, swearing in a chuck norris movie thats a sin!
-
@FerretJohn chuck norris one of the best actors along with jackie chan, respect chuck norris so humble and a true martial artist, hes also a philanthropist, disciplined and classy guy!
-
This actually happened. Norris heard about it while doing a ride-along with the cops doing film research and decided to add it to the film. Hilarious!

they're all cops. Wow.
There are two guys in this scene that *always* play Chicago cops together. In fact, I never really see them in ANY other role except that of Chicago cops. Actually, one of them was a cop in "The Dark Knight". Other than that, they both always play Chicago cops. Very odd.
The white robber played "Pal" in the move "Uncle Buck" with John Candy. And just like this scene, the small part part he played in Uncle Buck he was also twirling a toothpick exactly like he did here
Another 80's movie great :)

Dennis Farina was a real Chicago cop, also the guy signing the cast and holding the gun on the perps with Farina at the end of the clip is a real Chicago cop who has been in every Andrew Davis film shot in Chicago and a few that weren't.
