  • One of the very best singers of popular song. Simple, clean singing.

  • So good, Never got the credit she deserved. RIP Maxine.

  • Truly an underrated singer of both her genre and time. Reminds of a mixture of Ella Sarah and Billy but still very unique in her own right. RIP Maxine!

  • I love her up front! She had a most lovely voice!

  • One of the greatest! Bravo!

  • love this song.

  • MS and Helen Ward do great justice to this song. MS was a great singer with great voice control. Thanks for the posting.

  • Voz ainda perfeita naquela idade. Grande vídeo =]

  • Maxine with Art Hodes... Gee, it is so nice to know such things exist! Maxine is surely one of the greatest jazz singers of pre-bop era, and I agree totally underrated!
