Budget Rent-a-Car keeps Customers with
Reservations Waiting hours. Even Pregnant women.
While Dollar Rental brings 8 people to service the line
Budget keeps hundreds waiting.

  • You were so miserable in line, you probably took it all out on the worker when it was your turn. I hope he gave you the lowest mileage, perfect upgrade that you deserved. Ass.

  • Do you really think this poor rental agents asked to be put in this position? Meybe there was some call outs, maybe some of them were helping on the other side of the airport. I bet no one said to these rental agents thank you for you hard work dude! It most be hard for you to deal with all this angry customers. You got what you paid for. Next time pay 3 times more and go somewhere else. Believe me all of those people that complaint were back the next year you now why because the bottom line

  • @javilopezfl I can NOT speak for OTHERs, but I have refused to fly since this return trip. Mostlly because I refuse the non-sense of TSA, and the 911 deception and LIES promoted by Mainstream Media. I will NEVER FLY again, in USA, until this TSA non-sense stops, and 911 is exposed ... Islamic Terrorist had NOTHING to do with it, and could NOT have caused the 3rd skyscraper to collapse, cause NO PLANE hit it. this wait was just annoying. TSA is a Violator of Rights to travel unmolested.

  • We had exactly the same experience with Budget at Orlando airport on a different day, this is NORMAL for Budget at Orlando airport - We waited over 2 hours on top of a 7 hour flight from the UK and will never book with Budget car hire again. Surly service and no apology didn't help lighten our mood. A terrible start to an otherwise great holiday. The other car rental companies didn't have this problem so book with them.

  • I work for Budget. It could be they are short on help. Its NOT the employees fault that there short people but yet a customer will take it out on them. Keep in mind the employee TOO is under stress about long lines and little help. They dont want to hear your griping about waiting in line (which happens often) if its not the employees fault!! Just ask to talk to a manager for they often do all the staffing and scheduling. JUST BE PATIENT SHUT UP AND WAIT...LOL

  • my advice for renting a car at orlando international would be to look into the express pass system for the company your renting from (most car rental companies have this option now) Wait times can be very hit or miss at MCO, if your coming in late usually the wait is alot shorter. We have also encountered the budget line at it worse. Thats why we get the express card fro the company before we rent from them if were traveling to orlando.
