You can do this with 2 tooth picks, 2 forks, and 1 shaker. Entangle the 2 forks together evenly. Second, put a tooth pick into the center of the forks' intersection. And finally, balance onto the tip of the vertical toothpick in shaker hole. This illustrates center of gravity. The forks act as counter-weights, which direct enough weight onto the tip of the vertical toothpick tip to balance. No trick, just physics, try it!

  • This is just an elaborate balancing act, not centrifugal force. Centrifugal force is a pulling force from the centre to the outside of a spinning object. The faster something spins, the greater the centrifugal force.

  • True. Thanks, change made.

  • Physics my ass, you're using witchcraft! :o

  • @novata01 There is no such thing as centrifugal force. It's just an imaginary force to explain things that non-engineers can't understand.

  • this physics is similar to the eagle toy thingy. damn this fascinating bug report :/
