  • I like alack of machines, AND especially pushing with the top of the bucket of a piece of shit backhoe.

  • @dozerman8114 Must be why we didn't finnish it eh? Lets se some of your videos before you critisize too much? Better yet when you get as many subscribers as me you can critisize.....But really, you can't put up videos if you don't want to see someone critisize you so it's fine,,,thanks for watching come back and visit my channel again:)

  • Was this an engineered job or wingin it? Do you work much down there with NRCS or soil and water districts?

  • @hokiesmokes I garantee I know more about dams, dam soil types, dam construction, dam hydraulics and what wil work and what wont around here than any one sitting in some office!I need to do a slide show on all of my dam, pond and dam repair projects! I have repaired dams for the " big contractors " around here when they tried and it blew out on them. Its not hard but it has to be done right with the right technique for the situatin and soil type! But I have worked with the Corps of engineers.

  • @hokiesmokes One job with the Corps of Engineers that comes to mind was 16 years ago. About a 100 acre lake with a 900 foot earthen damn with 270 feet of sheet pilings of which I personally drove each and every one! The only thing the Corps was worried about was leaving some trees standing in the flood area because " This is a new bodie of water and birds will not be able to fly accross it with out resting, they would fall in and drown" !!

  • @hokiesmokes I laghed at him and asked him if he realized that birds migrated thousands of miles from Canada to South America! They told me that I couldn't talk to them like that or with that tone in my voice! What a joke! I have learned since then how to be a social engeneer with them to get what you want. Tell them how great they are , how much they know and how envious you are of thier great position of importance. Tell them you really need thier help because you don't know as much as them!

  • You turned that ,into a pond ,that was already there . AND I'm glad you have time to take pictures, or have them taken. Because when I work, I don't have time for that.. And also I still like the hoe man , that can't get it.

  • very good

  • And for what it's worth I'd rather be in the seat myself.

  • I didn't mean to strike a nerve man, I've worked with Army Corps too...one time they told me they don't have engineers except on the big river and dam projects. They act like it too-they get goofy. I only asked about soil and water because I used to work for one and we did engineering on agricultural ponds and projects is all, I'm gonna stop poking the hornets nest now.
