Only after 25 successful years in the music business are musicians and bands in the famous Rock'n'Roll Hall Of Fame. Apart from Percy Sledge, the O'Jays, the Pretenders and Buddy Guy will be in March 2005, U2 honored and solemnly into the Hall of Fame. The eulogy for U2 keeps Bruce Springsteen, who thus revanchiert Bono. Bono had in 1999, Bruce Springsteen into the Rock'n'Roll Hall Of Fame introduced. The highlight of the evening is the live performance of U2, when they play a total of 4 songs. During 'Until The End Of The World' Bono is one of the tables in the auditorium and takes a champagne bottle to open it and in the audience to spray. For 'Pride (In The Name Of Love)' Bono then builds a few lines from the Bruce Springsteen song "The Promised Land 'is a. Immediately after Bruce Springsteen comes to the stage and supported U2 at 'I Still Have not Found What I'm Looking For' on guitar and the lead vocals. Their short appearance quit with U2 'Vertigo'.

  • This was simply of no lack of bettwe words, Fucking awsome! U2's performance's for the 4 songs were spot on, sounding highly polished and refigned. Edge's face when he heard the aboss sing was priceless, I think he was like damn that sounds great. I thought Bruce's vocals were a perfect fit with the song, and with Bono's. Simply excellent! Cheers, IC.
