  • @chalinmonk pretty much your feet should be locked together and in the heavier stuff maybe seperated a little with the skipper sitting on your back foot. the jib sheet that you hold onto is used as a mechanism for when you think your falling backwards, it will hold you there. The weight on your feet depends, in the wavy weather up the wave you want to put your weight on your back foot and then at the lip and going down the wave you want to put it on your front. Thanks.

  • how you stand on the wire.. are both feet sort of angled forward? I'm sure it's more personal preference more than anything, but do you find any benefits of trapping this way? good vid too!
