It is people, not capitalism that creates progress! Would you be worse to make progress in your work just because you would not generate profits for your master? I think not! In Denmark where I come from the healthcare system is free, but society (unfortunately) still capitalist!

if u are sick u pay 30 us dollar and get the help u need ( still tax )

@721rem I live in the richer Dutch part of Belgium so my native language is Dutch and yes I also speak French. If Dutch is easier, than learn that to begin with. I had as well tough times with my French, you have to see it as a obligation not a choice if you want to learn a language. It helps if you listen allot to french music and cinema.

@MrTheLoones willing? no offense but learning french is impossible. I cannot even make the sounds you guys make to even begin to say your words. I hear ppl all the time say they took three years of french in school and THEY still cant speak it. I tried the online sites to and no help. how in the world do ppl learn it? you guys are still interesting to learn about still.

@medi5750 This is just bullshit, I know because I live in Belgium. We have a minimum wage of 1200 euro after tax and everything is atleast twice as cheap as you say it is. for people with the minimum wage the government provides cheap housing... Where the hell do you get your information from?

@CruxisFire He doesn't say capitalism is evil, the radical capitalism of the bankers which are dominating the US are evil. I'am verry curious who you talked to, I'am sure some country with free health care are bad. But certainly not the majority, don't believe everything FOX or other media tells you because they also get their money from commercials. I don't have to worry about my health although I have diabetes type 1. I get the newest medicin and there are allot of doctors and no waiting list.

@721rem If you're willing to learn our language and educate yourself(which we provide), our government is willing to accept migrants. from the moment you've worked 1 day, you'll be able to get unemployment benefits(around 1000euro) but you won't have to pay for any service like healthcare ... But don't abuse our system, you'll have to find a job eventually..

I'am happy to live in Belgium because I have diabetes type 1. In the US my chances to make something of myself would have been much more limited. The newest techniques are available to me and it doesn't cost me anything. Everybody has the right to be healthy, well fed and a good education.
