Here I'm doing my 1st set of 3 Modified Overhead Press.I have 80 lbs on the bar and do 3 sets of 8 reps.

  • @SkittalzHD Arent flat bench and squats both compound?...

  • Thats not a good workout if you want to bulk up. If you want to bulk stay away from compound lifting and do isolation lifting. IE strict form curls, flat bench, Chest Flys and squats. All with heavy weight and less reps 6-8 Max and eat lean protein, get diet Muscle milk powder, and creatine!
