This is my first attempt at time lapse photography. I set my intervalometer to at 1 hour intervals. Looking at the video, I would say that 15 minutes would be better for smoother transitions.

This is simple oat grass for juicing. Obviously it is a fast growing plant. Light is 4 - 23 watt 24" T5 florescent tubes. It is on for 20 hours and off for 4. I cut the "dark" pictures out before compiling.
