how to jailbreak iOS4 for iPod touch 2g & iPhone 3g on redsnow 0.9.5 (PC & MAC)

How to upgrade your iPod touch 2g to iOS4 and jailbreak iOS4 on iPhone 3g and iPod touch 2g also. Nt. go to general and about and check your model if it is MC you can NOT jailbreak it must be a MB also this is an untethered jailbreak.

Redsnow download PC & MAC:

MAC: http://sites.google.com/a/iphone-dev.com/files/home/redsn0w_mac_0.9.5b5-5.zip...
And you can only do this on iTunes 9.2 which you can get from apple
ITunes 9.2: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

How to jailbreak:
1. Install iOS4 final on iTunes
2. Download redsnow 0.9.5 and run then click browse and pick the software and then the rest of the instructions will be shown in redsnow then your iPod or iPhone should be jail broken now

You can also download the firmware from iTunes and use that if u have problems restoring your iPod to iOS4 try re downloading the firmware.

hey i jailbreaked it succesfully and then after a few seconds it turned off and when it came back on and it has this swirly thing that is frozen and it wont let me do something
