I don't have a DL for it, no. I've just cobbled it together over the years. The unit frames are ShadowedUnitFrames, Bartender4 for the action bars, Chatter for the chat frame, MSBT for scrolling combat text, and Elkano's Buff Bars for the...buff bars. That's the majority of the visible stuff.
