It may be bloody romanciers fitting them, but there were and continue to be irishmen wairing kilts. Look up Irish Air Corps Pipe Band for nifty pictures.

Ummm... why would you think they mentioned anything about the Irish? They clearly said it's what a Scotsman wear under their kilt. Get the wool outta yer ears, gaelicscot.
