Actually, they are special: They're 80% cotton or synthetic fiber, with 20% stainless steel or aluminum thread mixed in. They're called "faraday suits" and they conduct the electricity around the people inside. At these power levels, frequency doesn't matter anymore, you would die or be seriously injured, the frequency thing is really just an urban legend.
