Mail Order Book Theft. You Paid but www.beingaman.com never was delivered

Dr. Dennis W. Neder owner of www.beingaman.com has been running a book backorder scam for almost 3 years now.

In my case and when others have ordered the " Being a man in a woman's world 2 " Hard copy book you add this to the cart for 1 item, and check out the beingaman.com web site takes the money and says delivery in 2 days.

Then Dr. Dennis W. Neder the Author would contact and say this is on Backorder. And Can I send you the same product in a E-Book a PDF File, and says I am waiting for the cost of ink and paper to come down in price.

In my case it was back in 2009 and being now September 2011 now.
I paid also postage and handling with my order and tax.

I asked for my money back being if Dr. Dennis W. Neder could not come up with the goods since waiting in Feb 2009 ...

Apart of the shipping scam he now trys to charge for a PDF file I never ordered that he offered as a sub ... due to a backorder he said in 2009.

These are backorder scams, he said he still has not ordered paper and ink in September 2011 almost 3 years later as requested and paid in full.
This tells you he has not published in about 3 years. And has made no effort to publish. In my opinion this is stealing people's money with no intension to deliver but still tricks customers out of the money.

As I have paid Postage and Tax he has committed fraud and as he has not filled the order when I paid in Feb 2009 this is a ongoing scam.

His site says he is selling hard copy books, unless now he changed the wording. These scams of non delivery and offering a free substitute then wanting to charge later if you ask for money back is a Slight of Hand scam that appeals to our greed 1 gifts and 2 for the price of one.

It is commonly believed that sleight of hand works because "the hand is quicker than the eye" but this is usually not the case. In addition to manual dexterity, sleight of hand depends on the use of psychology, timing, misdirection, and natural choreography.

I strongly ask you not to order or fall for this backorder book fraud and that if he has stolen your money contact the attorney general department and report Dr. Dennis W. Neder's company Remington Publications to the Better Business or fair trading.

These thieves taking your money should not be in business committing theft and deceptive methods.

Also report this to fraud agencies and scam websites.
