Academic studies have found a clear link between cruelty to animals and violence towards humans. The sadistic creep on here making the disturbing comment also haunts other cat videos freely bragging about how he enjoys hurting and killing cats. If you challenge him he becomes extremely obnoxious and even threatening. Hopefully, the ASPCA will soon catch up with him and deal with him appropriately. In the meantime, he needs to be permanently banned from youtube.

its not their neck, its the scruff, and they purposefully have excess skin there, so they CAN be grabbed. It looks painful, but its fine for the cats. and mothers DO pick em up by the scruff (i still dont like doing it tho..notice its my dad who does it :/ )
