@djfdogg Either way, they recommend you use them sealed. I use mine ported, and it works great.

@Nirvalica The Q's are actually universal! They are made for both. Check the specs on the FI site they have specs for sealed and ported. You can get the high qts option for sealed but not nessasary for ported.

Well there are a lot of variable in play here. The ported box was in Range Rover with a bigger cabin area. The sealed box is in an Integra hatchback with smaller cabin area. The hatch plays a huge role.
I love the SQ of the sealed enclosure over the ported and it is louder to my ear in the Integra. If I was to put the sealed enclosure in the RR, it would sound good but not be near as loud as it is in the Teg.
In short, It is overall a better system in the Teg.

I am right in thinking that the SSD and Q can be sealed, but not the BL or BTL?
